  I wonder, how can one justify in their mind to own another person. It doesn't matter, black, white,

  red or brown your property is another human being.

  I can't except the idea, you know the Henderson down the street own slaves, I want one.

  I know slavery has been around a long, long time but why did it take so long for people to figure it

  out, it's wrong.

  LoveUniHate: That's what I was thinking about "how did guy treat his slaves? Did he show them some

  compassion". I know about the slave trade in Africa" Africans selling other blacks, and Native Americans

  but it's weird that a ex slave purchasing slaves. You would think, Ok come work for me and I will pay you

  after you work off your purchase price.

  I never heard of A. Johnson but I will look him up.

  I ask my kids and not one was aware of this. My wife never heard of it and my golf friends I ask them

  did they know, they thought it was BS. He supported the south and gave money to help in the cause.

  I missed out on a lot of that, I was schooled in JW higher learning.

  Any guitar players here. New song #149

  song 149 says capo fret 3 but it doesn't match the rest of the music.

  How does the song sound without the capo? My group 32 strong all guitars have tried

  using the capo on certain songs because the pitch may be to high,but in most cases it doesn't sound

  the same. Example; "Time in A bottle" sounds great to me without the capo on fret 2, but our conductor

  likes the capo, he's the conductor.

  a jw that is probably irregular, they don't really attend meetings, they are not up on anything going on, they may even seem like they are faded but they are not, they are just slackers.

  a jw that is impervious to the f.o.g.

  (ok maybe it bums them, but they are too lazy and self serving to do otherwise).

  Working as a bartender I met a few young JW's who were working their way back. One young

  man defending the borg, I know it's the truth.He ask why did I walk a way, an elder.

  I told him I found the real truth and I will never go back. It's sad, these are the ones

  that are so miserable because they do not know and understand their own teaching.

  i have a question.....if two jw have sex and only one of them goes to the eldurrs and confesses.....do they both get busted?

  or does the boe need a confession from both people.?

  if one of em denies it happened will that person still get df'd?.

  I knew one elder that claimed he was part of a criminal organization before becoming a JW,

  he loved that crap, spying on folks or "watching the person like a hawk".

  His daughter ended up as a pole dancer.
